When walking around site a few months back, I had a chat with your cabling team in the LV switch room on some cabling that could have been neater.  Although the install was still compliant and wasn’t against standards etc, I visited last week to find that the install had been re-done and looking great.

Clearly, they’ve taken pride in their install over chasing instructions. Quite a refreshing stance in the current market and something to be proud of.

Gloster MEP bring a professional, helpful & enthusiastic approach to their projects and are recognised as one of the leading MEP subcontractors in the Residential sector. Their Teams are engaging with cost advice and out-turn forecasting, which greatly assists with setting expectations upstream. Gloster MEP have worked on a number of projects for us over the years and we have no reservations in seeing them on future opportunities.

Delivering any project of this nature is difficult enough whilst maintaining full service within the building. ~Given the mission critical environments we were dealing with, it is testament to you and your team’s professional approach that the client maintained ‘business as normal’ throughout. The black building test was well managed and executed with precision – one of the best we have experienced.

Your site team, while friendly and non-confrontational, were competent and robust when it mattered. They were proactive with high levels of attention paid to detail and quality. The team were conscientious of both budget and time constraints, their internal management and consistent communication drove the project forward on all fronts.
