We are committed to nurturing talent and building the industry of the future through the provision of apprenticeships across our business. We began offering apprenticeship back in 2013 to train aspiring supervisors and managers, and our first apprentices are now full-time employees. The programme has been actively expanded and in 2014, we also started offering apprenticeships in office based roles. This year, we will have 40 trainees taking part in our programmes.
We have developed an in-house bespoke training scheme for apprentices and trainees, and we can take on school leavers, university graduates and people who are looking for new opportunities such as ex-servicepeople. We help our apprentices and trainees secure recognised qualifications, with fully funded college courses built into the programmes.
