Brief
Full M&E design and build of all mechanical and electrical services for 166 apartments. Infrastructure to all areas of two 5-storey apartments blocks.
Scope of services
- Lighting, lighting control, small power, access control, CCTV, disabled refuge, and television output.
- Each apartment has its own HIU to serve hot water.
- Installation of domestic services and public health. BCSW.
- Soil and vent and rainwater.
- LV switch room and plant room.
