Brief
Deptford Landings is comprised of 240 Medium specification Apartments with 11 x Duplex apartments and 1 x Retail unit. The development is focused on sustainable and prefabricated MEP components as well as energy efficient Installation containing Zeroth District Heating PV Array, Electric Vehicle chargers and Public realm landscaped locations.
Scope of services
- Installation and commissioning of all apartments services from base build supplied PUC’s and PODs
- 251 x new apartments, 1 x retail unit
- Onsite District heating Energy Centre BCWS Plant Room with Cold water storage, Sprinkler plant
- EV car charging points
- Integrated Building management/life safety and energy systems.
Solution
A new medium spec, sustainable development with 240 mixed use apartments, with a mixed material metal cladding and brick finish. Provision of a commercial unit and future for expansion of MEP services.
With the goal of achieving BREAAM Excellent accreditation.
