Brief
The development comprises of 876 no. mixed tenure residential units arranged over 5 No. blocks, A to E, with Commercial Units incorporated at Levels 00, 01 and 02. To include communal grounds with gardens and parking, a Gym, Swimming Pool, Golf Simulator and Spa facilities. All blocks will be linked via a podium at upper and lower ground. Block A will have 20 Floors, Block B 20 Floors, Block C 28 Floors, Block D 18 Floors and Block E 20 Floors. These floors incorporate the additional floors to accommodate the 30nr additional apartments. GMEP scope was the main infrastructure/shell & core of all blocks.
