Brief
A mechanical Cat A fit-out, which comprised of complete mechanical, public health, and BMS systems prior to a Cat B fit-out.
Scope of services
- 2No 5.0m3/h heat recovery AHUs and 2No 500 kw air cooled chiller.
- 2No Packaged plant rooms prefabricated off site and assembled in situ, including boilers and pump skids.
- 220No 4-pipe FCU with trend IQ controls.
- 4No new toilet areas with plumbing and ventilation services.
Solution
Due to the short programme available, a detailed coordination exercise was carried out to allow the plant rooms to be prefabricated off site, before being crane lifted into position.
