Brief
A Cat B electrical and mechanical installation on all floors, incorporating modular lighting control systems and UPS backed power. A complete replacement of main infrastructure was required whilst keeping all services operational.
Scope of services
- Small power specialist lighting controls. Fire alarm PA system.
- Replacement of all capital plant.
- New UPS rising mains, sub-mains distribution panels and boards. All services to generator supported.
- Replacement of MV-LV sun main panels.
Solution
A new electrical installation on a floor-by-floor phased refurbishment to be installed around the continued working of the bank’s services.
